We have three luxury b&b bed and breakfast rooms all ensuite:-
- One king size bedroom as well as the room being large, it has a very large bathroom with a separate shower cubical, a flat screen television and a radio. Easily adapted to a family accommodation room
with up to
two extra beds. The room has it's own entrance on the ground floor and dual aspect overlooking our front garden and fish pond and to the side it over looks our fields and down to our wildlife pond sometimes inhabited by coots and ducks. Also it has two comfortable arm chairs for you to relax in after a busy day wondering around Kingsbridge.
- One large twin bedded room. This is a good sized room with an ensuite shower room, and overlooks the patio and gazebo where you can sit and relax in the sun, it has two easy chairs, flat screen television and radio and of course a tea and coffee tray. The room has it's own entrance on the ground floor.
- One double room with an ensuite shower room, it has a flat screen television and a radio. A tea and coffee tray are provided, so make yourself a hot drink and take in the fantastic view over the fields to Dartmoor.
**A hair dryer and iron are always available on request.
All with wonderful views of the South Hams and of course the usual television and complimentary trays are provided for our bed and breakfast guests.

There's nothing better than a good breakfast before you set off to explore the South Hams!
We source all of our produce locally and vegetarians are catered for as well.
- In the morning help yourself to a variety of breakfast cereals before getting tucked into:
- Orange Juice
- Eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans served with toast.
